Emily Brydon founded Castellare Consulting to help businesses navigate the energy transition with clarity and confidence. She combines the resilience of a three-time Olympian with over a decade of senior leadership experience in energy and EV infrastructure to shape strategy and deliver results for businesses.
Prior to founding Castellare Consulting, Emily held senior roles at bp and FLO EV Charging. During her 10 years at bp in strategy and commercial development, she led a +$1.5 billion market entry project and managed M&A opportunities for the company’s low-carbon agenda. As Senior Director of Network Planning and Construction at FLO, she was responsible for the strategic execution of the company’s owned and operated EV charging network.
She holds an MBA from Imperial College Business School and, for nearly 20 years, has served as the founder and CEO of the Emily Brydon Youth Foundation. This unique combination of elite discipline and deep industry knowledge is the foundation of Castellare’s commitment to delivering measurable, lasting value for our clients.
